The best kind is the once you make yourself. As you mix the batter all of the spices hit the air and it smells delicious.
By the way please don't make the same mistake as I did, by not adding enough flour to the mix (cause no matter how much you add afterward it will not be firm enough to roll out) yeah, hard lesson to learn. And yes I had to start all over again. The bunch you see here is batter number 2, the first batter became as I like to call them "gingerbread buttons".
